Apple India - Pathetic After Sales service by APPLE

Hi,
I am using Iphone 4s and thats giving me problems like Screen becomes unresponsive in a particular area, Music stops on speaker,sometimes voice doesnt comes in Ear Speaker while it comes on loud speaker, phone gets heated, Network goes automatically then I need to restart the device , Wifi doesnt works properly(Sometimes connects , sometimes doesnt appears in range), Never connects to cellular data, I need to put it to Airplane mode then only it starts.
With all these problems, I went to Aptronix service center (Punjab Crokery House), Banjara Hills , Hyderabad. and I am very much disappointed with the service being provided there. Staff is not at all supportive. No process/token is being followed. They behave like they are doing mercy on us. I waited for 1.5-2 Hours for my turn. Staff went for lunch at approx. 3:30 PM and came back at 4:30 approx, Nowhere timings of lunch are mentioned. Nobody listens and understand the customer's problem. For all the problems stated above in the phone, Technician is saying that reset will work and after repeating so many times that I have already reset my phone several, technician is not able to rectify the issue and says we can do only reset as this is the process in Apple. After some time he started blaming that this all is happening because of Battery problem and they will replace it and all the problems will be solved, Which sounds irrelevant.
I have been given device replacement guarantee but still they are neither able to rectify the issue and nor ready to replace the device.
Staff behavior is extremely bad.

As a loyal Apple customer, and one who knows first hand the company's dedication to customer satisfaction, it frustrates me to have to write this email.

Myself Rajbir singh advocate by profession I, like many, have come to understand that Apple's product superiority is surpassed only by its customer service. It is, therefore, with this backdrop that I am writing this email to express my dissatisfaction with two recent experiences at the jalandhar store and chandigarh. sir i bought apple 5s gadget last year from caroma store jalandhar punjab on dated 22/06/2014 from the very first day i am facing network problem in my above said gadget at initial stage i was thinking it may related to my sim card(not properly Chopped) so i port my number into Vodafone from Tata docomo but i still facing the same problem after few month when this problem become a big issue for me then again i port my sim card into BSNL company after this also i am facing that same problem in my phone although sim card given by BSNL was a nano sim (Smart Phone Sim Cards)

After this i buy new number only for this purpose of Airtel but still same problem continue with my gadget after trying every remedies with sim card

The first was when I went to the store one and half month back due to the fact that my iPhone network had stopped working within my first year of ownership which is yet to be completed on 22/06/2015.I spoke with an employee ”and explained that the decision to replace because I explained to him that within the first two months of owning my phone first they ask me to not to use 3G services and they just took my phone and flash without filing any job sheet which looks very unprofessional to me but i am still facing that same problem in my phone so after having this bad experience at jalandhar apple service center this problem becoming very big issue to me so after one and half month i again went to apple service center but this time i went to chandigarh service center again i explain full scenario them also and i really appreciate the way treat me in professional way which is missing in jalandhar service center they file job sheet for my phone take it for 2 days for diagnosis basis so after 2 or 3 days after i got my phone back from there and they promise me i will not suffer any more from above said problem

But today after very next day of i am still facing the same problem and now i am totally fed-up with my experience with apple and i want replacement of my iphone 5s gadget as soon as possible.During this 11 month period, I lost a great amount of money, because my iphone 5s is my working tool. I was completely left aside, with no assistance and no help. Please, some action has to take place

I therefore feel it quite reasonable to ask that my case be reconsidered, and that I be allowed to have my iPhone replaced

I have been an Apple customer for over 3 years, and will continue to be so. This kind of situations should never happen.


so you are requested to please please change my phone
