I am going to tell you I have been cheated some person in bangalore regarding the PAN CARD.

I approached one person by seeing his mobile number in the Streets for Application of PAN CARD.

He asked for Rs. 300 for new PAN CARD application and promised me that the PAN CARD will be delivered within 12 days.

I submitted my photo and all details to him on 15th APRIL 2011 and till date I didnt get my pan card .

I tried to contact him but he is not picking my calls.

I dont want that Rs. 300 just i am telling you that you can take necessary action so that nobody will be affected like me.
