I have placed an ordered HP Pavilion (G6-2005AX) costing Rs 32667.00 on Sep 26, 2012 through Credit Card. they offered delivery within 2-4 working Day's for Metro cities, i waited for my order till 01-10-2012 i have received nothing after waiting a long time I contacted them by telephone or by E-mail they are not replayed then searched in google i found a link http://www.grahakseva.com/complaints/84745/cheated-by-offerbeancom

i called Abishek he picked cell and he replied me that he left the job offerbeanOnline service pvt ltd then i tried to ritesh khendelwaal he received the call after many calls he told me to send My order number to his cell i send a message immediately as fallows "Mr.Rithesh, my order number-2015916 and I ordered on 26/09/2012. Please provide me status & why I have not get my order within 2-4 days. when I get my order ?" after that he is not receiving calls.
everyday till today(05/10/2012) then same day i sent one more message as fallowed "Please provide alternate contact numbers. I want know the status of my order or else tell me whom to contact to cancel the order ? please accept call." after that also he is not receiving my calls.
