EVM Honda - Not satisfied with the way to purchase a vehicle from showroom

I have booked for a new Honda DIO (black) in the month of May 2011 vide receipt no. 1478 dated 02 May 11. Almost 08 months passed and no whereabouts regarding the vehicle was made from the showroom till 01 Mar 12. On 02 Mar 2012 there was a call from the showroom stating that the vehicle which I have booked has been stopped by the company. New model has been launched instead of that and if I am interested in buying that then I can come to the showroom. On 05th Mar 12, I went and saw the vehicle. The vehicle was neither the same model nor the same colour which I booked. I then asked about the matter to the lady on enquiry and she conveyed me that if you are not satisfied with the vehicle, then you can collect the deposit back. After that I contacted the manager and he also didnt have any answer in this regard. Kindly clarify me about these things:-

1. Why was the booking made for the vehicle?
2. If the booking was made, then why didnt they give the delivery of the vehicle in time.
3. If the company stopped manufacturing the model, then why didnt they inform us in time.
4. Why was I made anxiously waiting for so long with this booking?
5. Why didnt the staff of your showroom convey the things in a respectful manner to the customer.
6. Are you giving back the deposit alongwith with the interest.

Complainant's Goal: I want the same vehicle which was booked and also the staff should be polite.
