I Have Bought a CBR 250r byke in june 30th 2016. from Aryabanghi honda alua, as i am residing at aroor wich is at allepuzha dist the closest service centre to me is the EVM Honda Vytilla so i have done the past 3 Regular services as per the shedule and ( 6 Complaint services ) which was there fault at EVM Honda vytilla and my byke is now 12400 kms in total as on 23/05/2017.
The complaint of my bike is mentioned as below:
1 Tension inside the Engine Creates Creep sound from engine.
2 Pathetic mileage 21 Kmpl (35 kmpl Honda claims for CBR 250r)
3 Sound from the tank (bell type sound)
4. Unavailability of parts (Left side cowl stiker)
These all are the major complaints that i fear for my bike as these all complaints occurred due to pathetic service from EVM honda. My bike does not had any issue till first service when the bike entered the service centre of EVM these all began . this all issues are due to the lack of interest in there respective job even from service advisory to the mechanic and also Manager. So much money i have lost due to these complaints around 10000 is my estimate (Inc fuel). Please make sure that the authorities take action against this pathetic service and i ill try my maximum to not to get into the EVM Vytilla service centre in my life again.
Not me many are affected from this pathetic service from EVM Honda vytilla.
