I HAD CONNECTION BY NO ********32
it seems there is something basically wrong with Netconnect.Broadband relianceada why are keeping my account active i had asked it to be deactivated on 21st june and again by email on 2nd july.
I had clearly mentioneed that i am not in INDIA for the next 8 months. it is your failure as your mails have insisted that account will not be deactivated i ask why, are you giving free service for no use who is going to pay for non use, are you ready to bear cost for no service recd.

And on top of that since yesterday i have recd some 45 emails from your auto reply. it is highly stupid on the part of reliance to send so many emails.

I want answer to my to my queries and will not like myself or my friends to go go for usless service of Netconnect.Broadband relianceada. Improve your service and customer care rather than showing your rudeness, please read my emails i am not INIDA so where is the question of your contacting me i have disconnected my mobile as your people were making calls on that number and number is on international rooaming. you can imagine the problem and call charges i had to pay for 3 calls i had taken and the person calling was only insisting i must keep the connection ********32. who was interested definitely not me but your staff.
i treated the connection as deactivated when i informed and i have not used since 28th june. and it was prepaid for 3 months. id did not use it much as most of the time there is no signal or poor signal. it was told to you staff. and your contact nos they are are good for nothing we could never get through upto 28th june.

i will forward this whole correspondence to consumer forum and let people know your working no bills are payable by me as i am not using this connection. it is your mistake to have continued this connection alive. kindly take corrective action at your end and no billing. from june 29th when my connection was supposed to be deactivated. Why should customer pay for your failures. Lot many people are fed up with reliance service and they are are shifting to other service providers. Anyhow i dont require /want any service from any brand in india as i will be out of country for 8 months. you may keep it on for as longi as you wish we are not going to make payment. when we infomed you on 21st june to deactivate as deficient service not getting connected and emailed you on 7th july to deactivate this connection then why your people have been insiave sting on to keep it working. your connection does not have service in USA.

Please correct your services or people will just shift to your competitiors.
If you dont deactivate confirmation wef 21st june this whole correspondence will be forwarded to consumer forum, where people are already fed up with your service.

it is just disheartening that no one reads the mail from your end, but replies sterotyped. i have written that i am not in INDIA. so where is the question of my ********75 no. working it is closed for 6-8 months. you will not be able to contact me that is reason i have been telling your people from the beginning to disable, no problem if it cannot be reactivated. I had said in the beginning at the time of taking this connection that i am in india for 3 months and had said will be Moving to USA (united states of America for more than 6 months so it is of no use for me for 6 months i had emailed also.

reminder : inspite of calling and emails you are still sending bills for this connection which was confirmed on 21st june when your rep h ad called up and i complained on so many occasions for poor performance. you are requested to disable this immediately as it is not in use hence no payments can be due. also please read lot many complaints about this on internet for poor service. improve your service it is impossible tto get your customer service phone. Please disable and confirm. Please check with consumer court case about your service and there is no way to cancel or disable any connection and no way to contact reliance and customer care does not reply to email, so all this amounts to deficiency in service.

it surprising even after confirming to disable in june we get bill.

PERHAPS THEIR CUSTOMER CARE IS HANDLED BY ILLITERATE PERONS.
