I have ordered a mobile phone Micromax Canvas 2 (Order no.: MVP0010680) in myvirtualplaza.com by paying Rs. 9650/- online on 14th Dec 2012, till date there is no response from the company, No calls are being picked up in customer care numbers (0********67, 04023562071, 040********), no response to the mails sent to the available contacts in the website, its already about 2 weeks that is completed but still their is no updates from the company, there is no. provision to cancel the order and to get the money back at least, please consider this as my official complaint and work on it.
