I have booked Micromax A116 Phone Online through My Virtual Plaza on 4th Feb 2013 for Rs, 14,999.00

Till date (10th Mar 2013) I have NOT RECEIVED the PHONE or my REFUND. I have written mail, called & SMSed them on numerous occassions , but there is NO REPLY from their side.
I am asking for my Refund with them for last 10 days. But I have still Not Received my money.
I think they are using the Customer money for number of days & earning Interest on it.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH MYVIRTUALPLAZA SITE. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE.
IF YOU DON’T BELIEVE ME THEN PLEASE CALL ANY OF THE NUMBERS MENTIONED ON THIER SITE.
