Times of India - Not receipt of Renewal coupon from Times of India Kolkata after 3 months

Renewal of subscription for Times of India Daily paid on 07/12/2013 for one year Rs 490/ and paid to your office at Govt Place (East) Kolkata, 700069 on 07/12/2013 receipt No 4705813 and 4605813. Your said office has confirmed to have dispatched the coupon but it has not reached me. Enquired 4 times during Jan and Feb 2014 but till date coupon not reached.
