I regret shopping at Indiatimes, HORRIBLE experience twice. Big shame on the TOI Group.
Bought an ''Aniverssary gift''on 1st Feb 2014 and booked for the 2nd feb and it wasn't delivered with no message from the Indiatimes shopping. I was charged for the order+delivery fees right away (on 1st feb) but nothing delivered. I supposed TOI doesn't understand what a ''gifting date'' means. When one books the date at the time of purchase, it means it is to be delivered on that day. With zillion messages to the customer care, got no response except a text saying it will be delivered thank you for your patience. On 4th feb, I checked the status of my order on their website and the expected date has been shifted to 8th feb on their system. WOW????!!!! The special day of gifting has past and nobody is expecting it on the 8th feb- a week after I had booked it. Ofcourse, again, with no communication.
I'm hugely DISAPPOINTED and will NOT USE indiatimes going forward. Also, will make sure I let all my frnds & family about my experience. SHAMEFUL & Disappointing!!
Experienced it twice while sending gifts. With ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT for the shopping, I feel TOI is nothing but a BIG SCAM! It does reflect on the leadership. Just type Indiatimes shopping scam in google you will know how many ppl have been duped!!
