I made a purchase of Laviata Casual Shoes for men (Blue & Red) worth Rupees Eight Hundred and Eighty Nine from Seventymm , paid the amount through my credit card on 28/12/2012( Order No. SMA 0233552 & Invoice Number CSD 121213012678). On 05/01/2013, they send me an SMS message stating that the items has been dispatched via Aramex Courier (Track Number 4********1). When I enquired at Aramex Kollam office , they told me that the track number is invalid . I registered 6 complaints in Seventymm website, each time they gave the same reply "Dear SUNOJ B S,
