sir i placed an order for tablet on 6/6/2012 vide order no. sma0166099 which was delivered to me on 18/6/2012 which was having battery problem i talked to their call center they told me to send the tablet for replacement at there delhi office (T-29 third floor okhla phase 2 new delhi) which isend by trackon couriers vide doc no. 2******** which was recived by them on 26/6/12 after not geting no responce i complaint to their ceo on 14/7/2012 by mail which they registered the complaint and gave me a complaint no. vide #637757 standing that the problem will be solved in 24 hours but nothing has being done till today.

Inspite of my so many calls to their call center noting has been done and they have taken full amount of rs 5190/- from my home.now i want my money refund as they all are cheaters and i dont relay on them
