Hi,
I ordered two dresses from this website on 20 Feb 2014. Whenever I enquired they would tell me a false dispatch date. If I asked more then they would prohibit me from chatting or switch off their phones. I cancelled my order but instead of receiving my money they gave me a tracking number saying that they have completed my order. They gave me tracking number on 24 March 2014 but the UPS website who is the delivery agent is showing that no physical product has been handed to them. So, now neither I have the money not any product. I have wasted numerous hours following up with them but no response from them as yet.
Please help me from this fraud website.

I am taking back my day before yesterdays post...as i have not registered on this site...I am not able to remove it but in written I am saying that it has been sorted out and I am taking it back.

The owner is fraud. I am the employee of trendy,worked for 3 years.The owner named abhishek,vaibah are real fraud,they take money from customers and then they never deliver the product. Before buying anything,please check the review. Even they have not paid my salary of and then the pig guy named abhishek forced me to resign. Now abhishek is threatening me and saying me that he will send his guys to pick me and beat me, but people, i have his all conversation with I used to work with him. People, please stay away from trendy,they are scamm,if you want check all the reviews, one more employee is also having the same issue, you can check all the reviews...they took money from 100 orders and complete one order, to sustain the reputation...this is their moderateness

I ordered two items. I received zero. One item was unavailable but I was repeatedly told that the company is "expediting orders" or "trying my best to ship the item within the next 48 hours" or "check back within 24 hrs". One employee even threatened me when I said I will stay online until a solution was provided. This company is not only a fraud but also has unprofessional employees. Never answers emails on the refund account. My other item was shipped to Calgary, CA. I live in New York. When I reached out to online chat again, I received the same answers again and again. They always ask me to come back in 48 hrs. When I come back after 48 hrs, they ask me to come back again. Its like I am talking to a computer who just have a couple lines memorized and run it on everyone. I am clearly not alone here. This company is the most fake and disloyal company ever. It's clear that they don't even respect their own employees but are so quick to threaten then. UNETHICAL AND FAKE. This company is a joke with beautifully pictured outfits that exist in their dreams or stolen from other online websites. There always seems to be a sale to attract people but that's all it is. A JOKE and A SCAM!
Preeti, it is clearly understandable that you are making the posts to harm the company's reputation making false allegations towards us without any fact so if you make any further comments to any site against the company or there are any further damages to the company irrespective of the sales, you will be held solely accountable due to your recent actions and a legal action will be taken against the same by the law of of Cyber crime and you will be summoned to court for the same.

Preeti, if you have any issues with the company or the salary as you mention which is remaining, you need to contact the company for the same to sort it out as we would surely solve any issues you have for the same however as you have misused the company customer database, illegally using the same causing a data theft action towards the company. You are provided with 3 days to remove the false allegations and the false statements you have made towards the company failing which a further legal action will be taken against you under the law of cyber crime and Indian penal court.
This is really a fraud company. I placed my order 2 months ago and until today they told me a false dispatch date. BIG LIAR. After 2 months they send me a credit note with a adjustment fee which is totally unfair. I likely got my money back from the credit card company. They try to earn hard working money very easily from the customers. Please don't place any order with them.
This company is horrible, two words for any potential customers. STAY AWAY! Their customer service is horrible, their items never show up. I've been contacting them for 1 month in order to get status on my order that I placed two months ago. Now no one responds. They will not provide a tracking number, do not respond to my chat, do not answer the phone. I HATE THIS COMPANY! Go to CBAZAAR at least they won't steal your money and you'll get your product, and their customer service is excellent.

I ordered a salwar on July 18th, 2014. I was informed that my order will be dispatched by 3 weeks. After waiting for more than one and a half months suddenly my order was unavailable. I was keep on chatting with customer service people no proper response and moreover they closed my chat in between. I have sent many mails no response at all. I never seen such a fraud online store. Seriously I want to file a complaint against them. Can anyone tell me how to proceed with. I called them and luckily one day it was connected and a guy called abhishek picked up the call and told my refund maill will be replied in two days and refund will be processed in ten business days. till date no response.
Hello I live in Mauritius and I'm currently in a similar predicament too. I have two products blocked with Trendy16 for an order placed on 9 May 2014 amounting to some MUR 6000! Equivalent to $ 200!! Can you imagine that !
I have not received the dress till date! They sent me a fake UPS tracking number like the other complainants are saying.
Another dress had lots of defects for which I had to pay for shipping charges from my pocket to return back the dress believing that they would do needful as promised. A Mr Savan from the refund dept had assured me that I would get my refund
I have experienced the same with a customer service operator called Abhishek. I ordered my items in March 2014 and its July and I have only received 2 of the items that I paid for.
After weeks of trying to find out about my order, I was told that an item was defective. I told them what I liked as replacement and I still haven't received anything. I have sent numerous e-mails to customer service and some guy called Abhishek and they haven't even responded.

They've done the same to me I ordered a month ago no dispatch info something about delay in those who make the suits lalala they also dont respond when you ask for a proper answer I said I want a refund they told me to email refunds@trendycollection.in but its not recognised .
