I have contacted Ferns n Petals on 16th March to deliver Flowers, Chocholates and gifts on a Birthday on 18th March on a addres in Jhajjar. First thing I have asked weather they can deliver their products in that area. Their staff assured me and I have placed an order with them and received a confirmation mail with the delivery address. Payment for the same was made through my credit card.

On 18th evening I have got a mail that they are not able to deliver the things on the given address. Point is that if they could have informed me on 16th March that delivery in Jhajjar is not possible I would have contact some other organisation. They have taken full amount in advance for the services they they have not provided and denied at the last moment.

Due to their act The moment was lost for which I have contacted them.
