Such an unprofessional place this is. I placed an order on 10th for the Rakhi to be delivered on 16th. It doesn't reach. I call them up, talking to some Ms. Rosy who tells me that it'll be confirmed by Monday (and if possible she'll give me a call the next day about the order). No calls, no response. I call on 20th morning, and they tell me they'll confirm by 10. I get a call at 12:30 informing it'll take 4-5 days.
If they would have told me in time, I'd have ordered with someone else and would've got it delivered well in advance. The worst part being, telling me on Rakhi that they cannot deliver.
WORST EXPERIENCE.
