metamax communication ltd - No refund process or updates.. Even after 120 days

I had taken advance rental connection from metamax,

I had requestedthem to cancel their pathetic services since may ending..
yet. there was no response.. the mail conversation are as folllow.

Dear sir/mam,

With reference to our telecon, i would like to opt for cancellation of the said service.
Please cancel the services at earliest. for further communication please contact on 0265-2357356 -

office address. 306 Glacier complex, beside pizza inn, jetalpur road, vadodara gujarat
Resi : B 3 sanskar tenament, opp C H vidhyalaya, high tension road , subhanpura, vadodara gujarat

Please stay away from metamax.. Neither are their speed such good. nor their service. or promises..

Noone is responsible enough to even reply complains there..

only sales is on front foot. rest all departement.... Wait!!!!
