We purchased washing machine from Godrej in June, 2007 which used to give regular problems and finally on 31-December, 2011 we purchased another machine of the same model WM GWF580A from Vijay sales. From the first week itself it started making noise which was reported a couple of times but we were informed that the noise will go away after few days which did not happen.

Few days back we reported the compalint again on the Call centre number and the technician visited us. After some repairs he used the mahine and the noise continued to come. Thereafter he put oil and some more work and the noise reduced. Day before yesterday, it was repaired and thereafter again the noise would come sometime during washing, not always, and also sometimes whilst drying.

We therefore request you to please change the machine since the machine seems to have some inherent problem.

Also, the mechanic who had come day before yesterday to attend took our remarks and the signature and did not give the copy to us.
