Bought a new workout equipment for 10,000 was promised a new equipment but found it is already used as per some places colors are bruised on it as well as an attachment is partially broken, the shop vendor promised to replace but no response after that. I have all the proofs like the original bill of purchase, conversation about the complaint and promise made by the shopkeeper about the replacement. Please revert to my query about what legal action can be taken against such people who do not respect the law????
