Bengali Resident of West Bengal has no option to choice his Mother language and if he doesn't know the Bengali Script then too he have to Take the Subject “FOUNDATION COURSE IN BENGALI => FBG “which is difficult for none Bengali community to get enrolled and if enrolled to Continue with NSOU were as it prints’ Notices’, had Website etc all in English then why neglected the main Area – BOOKS SCRIPT TO MOTHER LANGUAGE OPTION'S CHOICE-ABLE.
2) The University has its own Press and English version Books already written but they neglected to have it get printed and available to needy cause it will focus most not to Choice Bengali as its State language but do these thought is one sided and back dated as its depends of ones choice, desire and option based but can’t be forced into.
3) Its to be one year enrolled with the University and exam is to start still ID card of students is not Supplied and with fraud ant prevention's modification [laminated with extra Security layers ] preventing dummy examine-es via changes made on the ID Cards as seen in various examination of the state Universities to Competition duration caught when seriousness of ad mist ration is scrutinized .
4) The University doesn't makes or print Solved question Banks in Dual languages or nor they are available in the open Market easily , for Students in weaker section help as here in DL classes or interaction is mostly Puzzled to uncommunicative due to various reasons.
Its an Request to Please make these Changes Immediately at war Front and from today only , as tomorrow never comes , for Student Moral Binding and Time to Energy Loss on after these efforts and make available all Books in English , Hindi , Bengali 3 Scripts as INDIA is an Democratic Country WITH MOTHER LANGUAGE PAPER CHOICE-ABLE .

Nor Science Stream the Title , Sub Title , Scientific Terms to Diagrams etc as same do FHS, FST , ENVS the Title , Sub Title , Sub Heading etc etc are Printed for Help in English and its to acknowledge the English version Books in Printed Format for all Courses the University has but they doesn't give it to the candidate who prefer to give the Exam in English version as on back dated Wrong Policy to thought it would hamper the state Language learning interest of the state within living concern.

As its was 06: 05 PM 28th Feb 2015 UTTAM SIR objected to have the Examination form process [ as due to Hoas Poas in the crowd he had taken Mistakenly less fees from the Girls so he has to phone them and inform then today only to have the mistaken dues be given via Sunday ] but gave the form to have the Payment etc mine be done on Sunday i.e 1st March 2015 after 12:00 PM.
