I am Saurabh Majumder from New Delhi, India. This is regarding Apple case id 1003********. I have a Iphone5S for which I have forgotten the apple id password, existing email id and phone number used to create the Apple ID does not exist now hence as discussed with Apple Support Team I have send them the scanned copy of original bill and IMEI number of the phone so that they can delete my existing Apple ID and help me create a new Apple id with the help of new email id and new phone number.
Till now I have spoken to 4 different people from the Customer Care Team however nobody could help me with my concern. The support function of Apple is extremely pathetic, they could not answer any of Customers queries to satisfaction.
I need to know the escallation procedure of Apple India Support Team so that I can highlight my concern to somebody who can really help me.
Any help in this regard would be highly appreciated.
