DX3TF2DQFRC4) from registered dealer of apple phone m/s, shrishti electronics east sagarpur new delhi-110046 WITH GUARNTEE OF ONE YEAR after march 2017 suddenly my apple phone off and I try too many time for start or recharge battery but mobile is not start than I go to apple service centre 4 OR 5 times and meet with service centre staff to help desk to miss vanshika, chander and another related person in the staff but they are say to me the phone is damaged or screen is break by the customer my phone is completely new as per i attach the image of phone and no no one proove the phone is damaged any kind I request to meet to incharge but they say nobody meet to the manager and say if you want to repair your damaged phone you spend a sum of rs. 21000/- (twenty-one thousand ) which phone CMV current market value maximum Rs, 14000/- (Fourteent thousand only ) than I leave the service centre and go outside of the service centre and suddenly came a person who I saw in the service centre and tell me if you give me of rs. 5000/- (bribe) I will exchange your phone by new new packed phone by same service centre within three days and pay the payment 5000/- (bribe) after your certification than i understand why apple service centre pacific mall are nothing give me any response than I call to police for asking juridiction of police staion on the police help line 100 against apple service centre and the suggest me all complaints are file on line on delhi police web site now I go to launch an FIR against the apple service centre staff and incharge of this service centre to CMM CHIEF METROPOLITAN MENGISTAE OR (ACMM) Additional CHIEF METROPOLITAN MENGISTAE Dwarka Court
