Dear M/s. Vinita,

With reference to the discussions we had today for PF withdrawal of Mr. Sunil Raghuraj Singh. As you told that PF amount of Mr. Sunil Raghuraj Singh has been credited in his saving bank account of State Bank of India. (Account Number : 30********0) dated 18th August 2010 but he has not received the same.

- Mr. Sunil Raghuraj Singh has sent his PF withdrawal forms (19 & 10C) for first time in May 2011 to us which, we have forwarded to you in June 2011, then how his PF amount can be credited in the year 2010?

- He does not have any saving account in SBI, he has saving accounts in UTI (Axis) and ICICI Bank, then how he may be able to get his PF amount in SBI?

- Earlier Mr. Sunil Raghuraj Singh has got SMS from PF office that “his PF claim is under process” & then after few days he got SMS that “his claim has been canceled”.


With reliable sources I inquired about the above mentioned SBI account number and the details of accounts are as per below :

Name of Account Holder : Sunil Mahendra Pratap Singh
Branch : Malad West, Mumbai
Branch Code : 552
Address of Account Holder : Adarsh Bharat Chawl, Sanjay Nagar, Ranisati Marg, Malad East, Mumbai.

Looking to the account details, it’s a mistake due to same name.

You are requested to do the needful asap.

Greetings!!

As per our telecon, as you have shared that PF is already been taken, so i just like to inform you that there is some major mistake as i have never received any PF amount. I have applied once through your office only. Requesting you to kindly check the mater into details as it is very serious issue.

Requesting you to please check and please issue my PF amount as it is very hard earn money a very personal savings.

please check again into the matter as i was awaiting for the same since last 1.5 years (as the date of form submitted to your office).
