Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Vikarm B J. I was working with “M/s Spraying Systems India limited” as Engineer from July 2008 to May 2010. I resigned and got relieved from the company on 17th May 2010. I opted to withdraw my PF contribution & submitted the dully signed Claim PF form to PF office (Peenya ) through M/s Spraying Systems in the month of September 2010.
But after a month of submission the claim form was returned back stating some requirement. After spraying systems verifying it, again the form was submitted. This procedure continued for more than 3 times till now.
Till now I have submitted thrice, all the three time the claim form has been returned. I do not know what the problem is. If I call to the PRO number for checking the status, I won’t get the proper response from them.
Recently I had called on 7th FEB 2011 to check my status of claim, I was informed that the form was sent back to Spraying systems for some correction & have received back on 3rd FEB 2011. So they told me that the form is under process & asked me check my account after one month. But the spraying systems say that they have not received any form from PF office & have not done any correction.
Even after one month I have not received my PF Claim. So I called PF office again on 8th March 2011, now again I have been informed that the form has been returned. If I ask the reason then the call will be disconnected.
I am not getting any help even from Spraying System also. Even they are not responding properly.
Many employees from that company is facing the same problem.
So please help me to get my PF amount and oblige.
