I've bought Mblaze premium on 26th January 2011. Till the day itself i have problem in internet connectivity.

I've contacted the customer care they said your problem will be solved soon, but it was not. After 4 Days i contacted your customer care again and they said "You are 2.5 kilometers away from our tower, AND WE COULD NOT PROVIDE OUR SERVICE THERE", if you could provide not internet connectivity in a place i need, then how it could be a Portable internet.

And again the Customer care executive said "This is not our problem, You better deal with the retailer you have bought it". If he knows that i wont get a optimum speed at that place then why dont he inform me before selling their product (it was home delivered).

And the most irritating thing is the Retailer cut my call while speaking, and his phone was not reachable form that instance.

Finally last Friday a MTS executive called me verify my address, I've asked him to tell me how long it will take to rectify, so that i could arrange for any alternative. He said" I'll call you back within 5 minutes sir". 2 days past i haven't received a call again.


There is no way i could converse with a customer care executive in tamil, but they have tamil speaking people for verification purpose. An easy way of denying service who don"t know English.

I have sent more than 5 Emails and a courier to the MTS haryana office address, But i didnt get any response from MTS.


I HAVE ALL THE CONVERSATIONS RECORDED (THEY SAID YOU CANT DEAL WITH ANY MTS EXECUTIVE IN PERSON)

NOTE: I GOING TO FILE A LEGAL COMPLAINT AGAINST MTS. WHOEVER HAVING TROUBLE WITH CAN JOIN ME.
