This is regarding my mblaze number ********48. This connection was purchased on 13th Jan 2011 from Mr. Chetan, representing the BTM centre in Bangalore , Karnataka. But to my utmost surprise my connection went off on 10th Feb 2011, which is 4 days lesser than the initial free usage period.
When i contacted the customer care, Mr. Ritesh from the customer care gave me this info that the connection was initiated on 11th Jan 2011. I feel really cheated from your end.
I would request you all to take immediate action in this regard.
In the meanwhile I have called up MTS Customer care so many times, but everytime the only thing that I get in return is no solution but only automated acknowledgement mails. I am forced to escalate the issues to the higher authorities. This is issue had been sent on 11th feb but no results so far. Nor does the nodal office or the customer care takes the pain to get this issue resolved. The call made to Customer Care number gets dropped in 10 mins just to save the SLA & TAT for the executive. I feel CHEATED.
