Hi. I am using MTS MBlaze for internet purposes. I was incorrectly charged (my MDN is ********48) and when I contacted MTS they were least bothered about it. Here is the copy of the email I sent to MTS which should explain the situation:
"Hi. I did a recharge for Unlimited 999 plan on 31st Jan 2011. As I understand I was supposed to get 12 GB on normal speed and capped speed after that. However, since two weeks I am facing severe speed problems and lodged a complaint on 13th Feb 2011 (FEB/5559). However, I was told that I had exceeded 12 GB and hence the speed was reduced. This is totally absurd! I was not able to use the internet on most of the days after my recharge and also as far as I know on whatever days I could use it, I used only about 6 - 7 GB including both upload and download. I cannot say I was happy with the service but at least I could check my emails! Moreover, while the issue is still far from resolved, I get a issue resolved message.. pathetic!
I know it's of no use talking to you guys as you are a shame on customer service, you frauds! I am attaching a screenshot of my usage from your tool. Please check the creation/modification date on the file if you think this was taken on a earlier date, EXIF data does not lie like you guys. Even after this, if you are not convinced, I want you to send me a detailed breakdown of my internet usage, including the IP address and time online in each occasion.
I don't know who is going to answer this (or if anyone is going to answer this!), but I swear I will take you guys to the court and see an end to this if the issue is not resolved soon."
However, no one has bothered so far. I got a call but it was worth nothing. So can anyone help me?
P.S. For some reason I am unable to attach the pic. Here is the link: http://i55.tinypic.com/otq0c1.png
