I have send a parcel to my brother you lives in japan.The parcel was delivered but some of the valuables were missing from it.Last time few t-shirts were missing and instead some magazines and garbage was packed in the parcel.I request you to take some necessary actions to provide customers a reliable and clean service.No proper action or enquiry was done for my last complaint.
