I had purchased a Micromax Q5C on 29/09/2010 at Gurgaon. First few days the phone was working fine. In Nov 2010 the phone started giving me issues and suddenly on 11 nov 2010 morning the phone went dead. i gave the same to the Micromax service center Shree Sai Telecom, 59/18, friends colony, Jharsa Road, gurgaon vide receipt no 952553 dated 12/11/2010. TAT given was 15 - 20 days.
i have been following up since then and till date i have not received the phone back. Went to the above ASC multiple number of times. The above service centre was shut down in dec 10 - jan 11 and there was no ehere to go, they opened another service centre near sector 12 in gurgaon. i have been there atleast 3 - 4 time till now with no resolution.
I have contacted the ASC, i have complained on the web site of Micromax but in waste.
I am now trying via this forum, if the same can be resolved asap... and i need my money back which i spent to purchase the handset.
But in the end i would like to mention that Micromax ASC are the worst maintained with the pathetic quality of people working there who do not even have the basic courtesy. they look and behave like local Gundas. Pathetic...
I support this complaint.
