your sales executive by the name Akash Sharma (********01) agency Creative solution phone no 011******** visit my home and i told him that there was some discrepancy in my bill which total came RS 2500 and then he promise me he will solve this issue and give me a refund or rebate of Rs 1300 but now ten days had already gone but he not even called me up and no one from his agencies creative solution give a proper response to my mails or calls.


So Pls its a gentle reminder to take some appropriate action action on my mail.
