This caused unnecessary hassle for us. Secondly driver and conductor SPEAKING LOUDLY AND USING ABUSE LANGUAGE in the bus. THERE IS IN BUS FROM BADDI TO CHANDIGARH THERE IS DISPLAY TO GO VIA PINJORE BUT HE NOT CARRY US AND MISS BEHAVE TO US IN TODAY MORNING TIME AT 9:20 AM. DRIVER IN BLUE CHEAK SHIRT AND CONDUCTOR WITH ORANGE SHIRT. THIS TYPE OF ACTIVITY DONE BY THEM EVERYDAY . At least conductors and drivers should be polite and should pay attention to the request of passengers.

The conductor of bus number 10 speaks very rudely and does not run on time and does not even stop for passengers. If a female asks, they stop the bus at any place. If a man asks, they do not stop. An accident happened with me. I was waiting for a bus near Tribune Chowk. When the bus came, I gave my hand. There were many other people with me, a female got in from among them and the bus moved forward. When I ran and gave my hand, the bus conductor told me that you cannot stop the bus, said other things and also abused me.
Recently I am getting back home from Dera bassi to mubarakur in the ctu bus 32(4735 bus number, Suresh Kumar driver ) the conductor of this bus misbehaves. When I give him my monthly bus pass ( valid form dera bassi to 22A CHD) he don't accept this and said the pass works only Zirakpur and give me the general cost ticket . I Want my refund .

Around 8 am a CTU bus from Rajpura to PGI is arrived at jhansla (near Chitkara University), few days ago a female conductor is appointed but after few days a male conductor present in bus. His behave to all passengers are very aggressive, shouting on passengers and his way off uff. He says, "Tu mera kuch ni kar sakda, jahan marji complaint kar de". So please take some action to conductor.
