I am Shashi Kala and used to make up and down from Kosli to Rohtak. Conductor Mr.Vikram and driver Mr.Manjit of bus no.HR-47 D 1551 of Rewari Depot(Kosli to Chandigarh) ,from almost one month do not pick the passengers from Delhi by pass Rohtak even if bus is having few passengers. Even the another bus driver stops this bus here and pick the daily passengers as well as others on his turn. On March, 30,2018 at 4:45pm,the driver did not stop the bus as usual,but stop the bus some yards ahead from Delhi by pass and 2 person board the bus. He did not stop the bus even we were waving hands. But luckily, a Jhajjar Roadways bus came and we chase the bus. At Dighal Toll Tax we caught the bus as it was in queue. I with another passengers board the bus and when I asked the bus conductor why they not stop the bus even there were sitting only 11 person in that bus. I was shocked with his rude and insulting behavior. He said,"Tu khadi thhi,jb na roki"I said that was not fair I will complaint against you.The conductor said,"Jo krna h kr le,hamari mrji ,hum rokey ya na rokey."Some other roadways staff was also sitting in the bus. They also used nonsense language. Please take strict action against the bus driver and conductor. They even don't know how to speak with a lady. Bus should be stop or not,it's different matter. I really felt humiliated by their harsh and derogatory words.
