I was traveling in Golden Tample from mumbai to Amritsher along with two of my other friends. We ordred meal in afternoon and came to know that we were overcharged. They took 50 rupees istead of 32 for a veg meal.
when i aksed pantry car manager he said he is not aware of this and its not his resposibility. When we asked complaint book to register our complain he didn't give us. However we managed to lodge a complain . Finally he sent some of his men to threatened us to take back our complain. Who also misbehaved with other co-passengers. They were drunk.

I want you to punish the manger.
