Booked a vps on 11th February 2015. Did an online transfer for the same and raised the required ticket. On 17 they send login details but they were not working. I complained about it again n again but nothing has been done by them except fake promises. Now I have raised the ticket but no response is there till date. Even these guys have not sent a receipt nor any bill.

Really pathetic to note such a poor response by an online company
