Hi, I have purchased a MacBook Air Laptop from Ezone(apple authorised reseller) in India, after using it for 2-3 days hinges were producing click (poping) sound while using on lap and sometimes on plane surface. I visited service centre they asked to replace it from reseller. Reseller replaced with the brand new laptop sealed one but again after using it for 10 days same Hinges problem in it. So again I visited Apple care they are telling to repair it, which I will not do, two laptop within 20 days same issue, SIR I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT ITS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT AND IF YOU REPLACE THE COMPLETE UNIT OR DISPLAY UNIT AGAIN PROBLEM WILL TURN UP AFTER SOMEDAYS, SO HOW MANY DAYS I WILL VISIT SERVICE CENTER AND REPAIR IT ON TOP OF THAT LOSS OF WORK. The cost of display if it not in warranty is 40K INR, which is huge amount I can't afford after warranty, now your Tech support says that Apple has Stoped DOA concept but reseller is asking for DOA, only service report is enough, it is very painful have this type of service to customer I have read Apple policies for replacement and refund but in India no one is respecting it, I am very much dissatisfied with the customer service in India, Reseller is pulling service centers ear service centre is pulling Apple ear apple is pulling Resellers no one is taking responsibility. If you can resolve the issue it will be a great and much appreciated. Expecting a positive reply
