Hi
I am facing issues in Nokia Lumia 720 for a month, Service care staff are not at all solving the issue, cell phone is under warranty and its having issue in touchpad. Non of the button are working, screen need to be changed but servise care staff keep on trying to get delay of the problem saying - parts are not available. its about more then a month.

Please help otherwise i need to be strict with this issue.
