I HAD SUBMITTED 1000RS IN ADVANCE AT 10 AUG 2014(TO NOKIA CARE KORBA SAI COMMUNICATION) FOR REPAIRING NOKIA LUMIA 720 SCREEN,THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL REPAIR WITHIN 4 TO 5 DAYS,BUT AFTER20 DAYS THEY ARE SAYING PLEASE TAKE YOUR ADVANCE BACK THEY CANT REPAIR,IS THIS THE WAY TO TREATING CUSTOMER,ITS VERY IRRITATED MENTALLY,AS I AM USING NOKIA FROM LAST 8 YEARS,KINDLY LOOK IN TO THE MATTER.AND THEY ALSO TELLING, YOU COMPLAINT ANYWHERE YOU WANT,IS THIS IS THE WAY OF TALKING.
Complainant's Goal: CHEATING CUSTOMER BY PROVIDING WRONG INFORMATION,DELAY IN REPAIRING.
