I was travelling from K R Puram to Halasuru by BMTC Bus Today morning at around 9.45; there was heavy rush and at very next stop i.e ITI Gate few passengers pushed me & other passengers to get down and give way for them to get down; some passengers got down, my self & one or two others re-entered the bus, in the event one passenger cried, his purse is pick pocketed; i also checked my pockets and realised that my mobile (Lenoveo A7000) is also pick pocketed. I requested conductor to stop the bus and got down immediately but could not find any faces who got down. I asked a person standing there who informed that a group of 3 to 4 people who got down the bus crossed the road & dispersed. I requested a person to dial my mobile numbers (dual SIMS) but got no reply. I called my son & kept on dialling the numbers hoping mobile must have fallen and found person may return it, but after some time i got announcement 'out of coverage area'.
There are large number of pick pocketing in the area (around tin factory) during rush hour, i fall prey however careful i was. I request the concerned to take it seriously to st stop this menace.
