Dear Sir/Madam,

This is with reference to a complaint that my wife wanted to raise at Hadapsar Police Station but she was not encouraged. My wife lost her money wallet at Hadapsar Vegetable Market while purchasing vegetables for home. I blocked the debit card instantly however we lost two important documents, i.e. Vehicle Smart Card and Driving License. When she visited the nearby police station, she was asked about the License No. which she did not remember. Hence the department did not raise her complaint.

If this is the procedure that is followed every time, does that mean a complaint cannot be raised under such circumstances?
