Dear sir,

I have applied for a loan in the month of Feb2010 and i got a sanction letter in month of Feb (Loan No 5318) Itself from IDBI homefinance LTD.My paper work got delayed & hence the Flat agreement & registration was completed in the month of September 2010.Since then i was struggling to get the final loan approval from the bank due to missing documents.Finally all the documents were clear & was submitted to the IDBI home Finance in the month of Jan-11 at Borivali branch but it got delayed as the tenure of the loan sanction was over,so again i have to pay the processing fees for the complete start of loan procedure.i got an approval in the month of Feb-2011 and i submitted the documents to IDBI home finance lts for the final approval from the Head Office.On 04th of March i got a call from IDBI Home Finance ltd(Borivali) stating that my loan has been rejected from the Head Office due to Merger process bertween IDBI Bank & IDBI Home Finance Ltd(As far as i know merger process takes time).I am in big problem because my vendor is chasing me for the Final amount.Already its over 06 months for this procedure and if i apply in some other bank again it will take 1 more month for the procedure to be completed.
