hello sir,i ordered nokia asha 302 mobile phone on 22nd june 2013 from kaunsa.com,order no:138444.i made payment of 4274rs from my debit card.after 10 to 12 days they said we cant deliver product because seller of this product remove his add from our website,i said them to refund my money.they told me 10 to 12 days will be needed to refund your money in your account.i didnt got my money.after one month deepak singh call me from kaunsa.com.he consider me to buy another product from theirs website,he will issue the vaucher code of my amount.i made up my mind to purchase another product because my money was not refunding by them.i choose inalsa food processor but before i orderd i want to cofirm.they said u will buy it from our site,product will definatly deliver to you.next day i seen that product wich i want to order was removed from useless kaunsa.com.then again deepak singh of kaunsa.com executive told me that u will get the mobile wich u desired to buy(nokia asha 302).he take down order by himself.few days later,again they said we cant give this product to u.that stupid website didnt have any product to ordered.i spend about 500 to 600rs on contacting them in that 5 months period.plz sir,madum take any legal action against this kind of fake,cheated,fraud websites.i dont care about my money but that kind of people realy needs to get a lesson from our indian legal department.i will going to file legal complaint from punes consumer court against kaunsa.com.hoping that i will get justice.
