MISLEADING RELATED TO FEATURES OF KARBONN K 451

As per brouchure and adds it has feature of torch but when i bought it one weak before then i came to know it has no such feature, and also it doent play properly video clips of any format, (Normally it plays 3gp format video clips but not too clear and it plays in very slow mode)

Karbonn organisation are misleading the people with so much of lies ur organisation neither earn nor stay in field.

So

Am giving this complaint in consumer court on monday so be ready to face me.

I support this complaint.and also in my Karbonn mobile charging problem.i have given to authorised service centre and few weeks back they told me the set is water content.I never drop n any wet material.They returned me with faulty battery.One of its worst and fraud company.

As a Whole horrible experiance with KARBONN. No accessories available in Hyderabad. Except for mains charger, no car charger, no data cable, no USB adapter. Not even with service center.

even their brochure or user manual does not show up anything related to phone.

I support this complaint. the phone cover has a TORCH feature written on it. but cant find it anywhere on the fone. There is something that looks like a torch on top but no keys to use it. I had asked the salesman in the UNIVERCELL, TVm and even he does not know about it.
