Hi!, i had purchased iPhone 5 S last year on December 17, 2015. From the past 2-3 days i have been searching for APP Apple care pack for extended warranty of the 2nd year. To my dismay, i have visited 8-10 different stores but could not get the care pack. the stores say that the care pack is out of stock because Apple is planning to increase the rate and so has not supplied the care packs to them. Some of the stores i also asked them to give me the number of the contact person of Apple, they bluntly refused. I have also recorded the Audio and Video of the store people. The people of the store Apex were literally raising their voice against me stating that the fault does not lie with them, and the fault is from Apple.

Apple makes tall claims of excellent customer support! But they are not able to even provide a care pack??
