Apple India - iPhone 6s Plus camera frozen issue

One gets more Disappointed when company you loved the most is showing its true colours.
I am a staunch Apple product lover,be it Mobile Phone, PC or Laptop. A single bad Exprience of iPhone 6s Plus has not only surprised me but filled my mind with many questions that buying expansive Apple products is worth?
I got 128 GB 6s plus from Bengaluru in October 2015 . Lovely gadget with perfect integration of Hardware and Software. But to my surprise I noticed a glitch in camera which I have never seen in all previous models,I used from the day of its inception. The glitch is when I touch camera button, camera takes at least 3 to 4 second to response, sometimes even 10 seconds accompanied with a frozen and blank screen in back ground. I bought to the notice of Apple service centre here in Bengaluru. Ample India is franchise of Apple products service and repairs. I went 5 times to them with same issue and on every occasion they restored device and sent me back with an assurance that it's fine. But that assurance was short lived problem kept repeating. I started loosing my cool it was difficult shuttling between my office and Apple Service Centre which is almost 6 kilometres from my office one way. Finally I escalated issue with Apple. Service centre Ample India agreed to replace the device and they gave me a new device. But my bad luck new device was also faulty with same issue. I again escalated issue with Apple. Reshma Joshi who is senior Advisor at Apple agreed to listen to my queries and handle the issue. I was asked to share data from my device along with screen shot of the glitch. I shared almost 10 to 15 screen shots of glitch. As a customer I have given best possible support to Apple and cooperated at all Levels. Later I was asked to sync device and share the data with Apple technical team which I did. Reshma Joshi spoke to me on Tuesday last 1/12/15,asking me that please share Video of the issue when issue replicates. Which I did and shared 2 Videos. I asked her please let me know the duration and time limit because what I feel Apple is doing R&D at my cost, to me my time is precious then device. She was arrogant in asking again and again that So "Mr. Jogiya you are not ready to provide support" ? I said i did not tell you that I will not support but I certainly want to know the duration and time required by you in resolving issue,for which she had no clarity. I asked Reshma please take the device keep it with you and refund my amount or resolve issue. She was stubborn, arrogant and told me Mr. Jogiya under no circumstances we will refund amount. I said fine no issue. I know how to take refund. The attitude of Reshma Joshi is full of arrogance. A senior advisor post is to resolve issue and not complicate further.
Other disappointing part of the entire episode is though my mails were marked to Apple India head Ashish Bali and to Tim Cook it did not fetch any result.

After complaint in Service centre of Cannaught Place Delhi they have format it twice but same problem occurs again and again finally after 4 visit they replaced it and give me new one but the problem is still same.
Finally this me my last and final approach to Apple India.
Else me myself is a owner of newspaper I will not only put this matter in paper but also file a case against your company.
Today apple have submit my phone again this is total harassment.
