I had dreams earlier to have Iphone and so was blessed with one 5s. I had bought the same 1 and half years before. I was a natural lover of my phone as it served my purpose. But my dreams came to a stunning halt as my official commitment forced me to leave India for nearly a month. I did not carry my phone with me and had charged 100%, switched it off and left back safe in my home. On return back to India, I first took out my phone to introduce my sim and wired it for powering. But I could not see any signs on the screen. I had a doubt that the phone was not working but tried my luck and extended charging for nearly the whole night. The next day I understood that my phone was not working. The same day I had taken it to an approved service center and got to know that the phone would be replaced with a new one but for a cost. I raised a ticket to customer care (Apple) but again came the same reply of submitting the phone back to approved service center. For the second time, I had taken the phone to the center with confidence to check if I could see my screen. But after 4 days I got to know that it had to be exchanged. Am uncomfortable now with Apple product/s. Its strange for a firm to stage its product as the best and a top one. But the same firm does not put forth the customers that if so the phone is not charged for long it cannot be used again and has only to be exchanged. Am not saying it but it was the feedback from the customer care and icare where I had given the phone for repair. This is strange and anybody would never like to have such a product. Am hoping to get justice for the money that I paid (to the sum of INR 53,000) and would really love to have Apple reply me on this if so the industry proves to be worth it.
