Hii, I have purchsed a brand new I Phone X from the Reseller in mumbai two months back. The phone is under warranty..All of sudden there is a lot of visible scratches and lines on the ring of an i phone whch has been developed internally, which makes the phone look very old..The phone is just two month old and there is no physical dent or damages from my end..I visited the apple gallery at charni road, mumbai for the problem..Instead of giving me a solution to the problem, the employee there says this is a very common problem in I phone X and even if the phone is 1 week old, we cannot help you..Thats where i called a apple online support and had a word with the manager SHEFALI UPADHYAY..i told her my concern and instead of helping me, she is saying sir u need to contact ur re-seller for the help..Apple is not responsible..I want to know how can a reseller be responsible for the defect in phone..???
