I lost my iphone by liquid damage 0n 23 Sep 2017. on same the day I made claim request to Insurance company (one assist). For this Insurance Claim request, One Assist asked me some important documents and incident full description within 48 hours (25-27 mid day) and I provided all detail and Documents but only one document is still pending i.e. Screen shot of Deactivation of "Find my Iphone'.
To deactivate this I visited to www.icloud.com but I am not receiving verification code on registered number ********69. I tried it multiple in way even requested for CALL ME option but i didn't get any Call too for code.
I spoken to apple Customer care 5-6 times (000********09), +********00 India, but they couldn't help me to deactivate.Last night one of care persons told me to try again after 8-9 hours and I against tried this today morning but in vain.
Today is the last date to submit my Claim request no SR#2379358 . But it is still pending just because of failure of technical customer support.
If it is happen I will lose my Rs. 36000/-. and I can't bear this heavy lose just because of apple's poor technical support.
My Iphone 6. 16 GB Gray, is still in Warranty till 30-12-2017. It was liquid damage so I mlodge complain to Insurer company instead of Apple. Because liquid damage is not covered by Apple.
Please help me in this regard.
