I would like to raise a complaint on the incident that occurred today.

I went to your outlet Full Moon Service Station, 6-3-873, Begumpet, Hyd 500016 and asked for a petrol refill worth of Rs. 1500.
1. I was asked to move to the left lane even though both left and right lane stations were free.
2. A guy approached me handing over a toothpaste
3. I was asked to look into the petrol meter ahead on the board right side.
4. I paid my bill Rs.1500 thru my Citi IOC credit card.
5. Two youth approached me telling me that first 2 litres of petrol went into a Bike which was parked just to the corner left side beside my car and then the pump was put into my car.
6. When I queried about what the youth were saying, the petrol filling agents denied flatly and pointed out that I should check my car tyre air as its very low.
7. I went to the air counter and found my tyre reading was fine.

I realised I got duped of my money today from my favourite petrol pump and that's made me very sad. I hope actions will be taken not to dupe customers.,
