I have a complaint against the company called Beam Broadband Internet Connection firstly when My Internet was not working I complaint to them on 25th April 2012 and was given a ticket every single day after that until today I am giving complaints that my internet is not working, and the only answer I get is the internet will be started by the end of the day......

No response from this company as to when will they resolve the problem

I tried to speak to a concerned person but to no avail they charge money in advance for six months and does not give service

I request the concerned persons from the company to wake up and solve this problem of mine I dont have internet connection for the last 5 days even after requesting so many times it is still not sorted

I wonder if anybody is accountable, the staff is one of the rudest staff I have ever come across

I would like to request everybody to boycott BEAM BROADBAND IN HYDERABAD I WAS SPEAKING TO SOME OF MY FRIENDS ALL OF THEM HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM

IS THERE NOONE ACCOUNTABLE IF THE COMPANY IS DUPING SO MANY CUSTOMERS NOT PROVIDING THEM PROPER SERVICE

I HAVE A 30 MINUTES RECORDING OF THE EXECUTIVE AND FLOOR SUPERVISOR SPEAKING ON THE PHONE WITH ME IT IS JUST RIDICULOUS HOW CAN A COMPANY LIKE THIS OPERATES AT ALL


PLEASE BOYCOTT BEAM PRODUCTS AFTER YOU PAY THEM NOBODY WILL LISTEN TO YOU
