Complaint no 1: The A.C. was set at very cool in order to force the passengers to opt for the blankets.

Complaint no 2: The Blankets and sheets were charged at Rs.25 and the passengers had to carry them from the attendent store(situated at the end) to the berths without any help from the Attendent at 11.30 in the night. This is supposed to be the job of the A.C. attendant.

Complaint no 3:The blankets and sheets were soiled, dirty and smelly. Repeated complaints incited rude remarks.

Complaint no 4: No reciepts were issued for the blankets inspite of repeated requests.

Complaint no 5:The train was stranded a few kilometres away from Patna for more then Hours.

I, as a consumer have a right to recieve a reply to the complaints & I hope appropriate action will be taken towards the people responsible for this.

Complainant's Goal: I want corrupt practice to end,corrupt officials be punished and service improve
