1. No Proper public addressing system at Arakkonam. Computerised Announcemnt is understandable by all as it is slow and steady. For trains such as Kacheguda Express, Dadar Express, Mumbai CST express, Mumbai CST mail, etc., No Recorded cum Coumputerized announcemnt is given to passengers. The announcement about the arrival of train is given by staff members with very very poor english, poor expression and is fast. These Trains are mainly used by passengers of vaious states those who dont know tamil. So they feel very inconvenient in understanding that.
2. 5 Platforms are available at AJJ. On Platform 3,4,and 5, They are accomodating six trains. tow trains per platform. Once is goind towards chennai and others towards Katpadi, Renigunta etc., So it is requested to increase the number of platforms at AJJ
3. Very Poor Water Facility at all the platforms. ( NO CORRECTIVE ACTIONS TAKEN AFTER SO MANY REQUESTS)
4. Very Very Very Poor response for Passenger enquiries. No Seperate Passenger Care Centre available like MAS, CGL, KPD.
One of the worst platforms and as well as maintainance are all........Previously i never seen tis kind of bad environment,its a junction,
Am from arakkonam. from 5 years am going for job by train. there is no proper responce to the passengers. lots of times after train came then only will be anounced. so what is the benefit? Platforms are very short. Like Jollarpet, Mangalore, Mumbai trains are very long. Ladies will be getting down on outer which means there is no platform. Aged ladies and childrens are getting suffer to get down.So please government should be take any action as well as possible.
